This version of Exploding Kittens contains card art from The Oatmeal too horrible to be included in a kid-friendly version. Exploding Kittens NSFW is a card game for people who are into kittens and explosions and boob wizards and sometimes butts. Suitable for 2-5 players, ages 17 and older.
CONTAINS EXPLICIT CONTENT. FOR AGES 17+. Exploding Kittens: NSFW Edition is a highly-strategic, kitty powered version of Russian Roulette with art much too horrible/incredible to include in a kid-friendly version. Players draw cards until somebody draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode and are out of the game. To avoid exploding, they can defuse the kitten with a crate or via porkback, OR use powerful action cards to move or avoid the Exploding Kitten. Betray your friends. Try not to explode. The last player left alive wins.

As a stretch goal, this was turned into a stand-alone game that can be combined with the standard Exploding Kittens deck. If you combine the two decks, you can go up to 9 players (or 10 players with the Imploding Kittens expansion).
